New Balance Rock & Tone

Seems like everyone is getting in on the walking shoes that allow you to “Tone” at the same time. Considering the niche is racking up sales for Reebok and Skechers, it was only a matter of time before others joined in. The latest to enter the fray is New Balance with the “Rock & Tone”.

The women’s shoe sports an oversized outsole that enhances the walking experience by encouraging the foot to rock forward when the foot strikes the ground. This in turn fires muscles in the leg that would not normally be triggered when walking in a regular shoe. Retail is set for $85 an they can be found at Lady Foot Locker, The Sports Authority, Dick’s Sporting Goods, New Balance stores, and on NBWebExpress.com.
