Jordan Retro IX White/Black/University Blue Releasing 5/29

If the video review we put up was not enough to convince you, we have just received word that the Jordan Retro IX White/Black/University Blue will officially be releasing on May 29, 2010. A favorite of many sneakerheads, the North Carolina reppin’ sneaker should be in every so-called collector’s collection.

For those that don’t know, the sneaker is a retro of the Jordan IX (9) which originally released in 1993. For those that do not follow basketball, this is the same year that Jordan retired for the first time. Since then, the shoe has been released several different times in different colorways, but this one remains one of the favorites. Look for these to hit shelves officially on May 29. via footlocker

i bet none of u guys have noticed that JB changed the shoe a little bit, for example the Blue “t” on the tongue and the blue sock liner. fix these and it will be a cop from me otherwise pass.
