Okay, so maybe the SUPERGA Flag Series Sneakers didn’t win you over. According to khordkutta, they are “Tooey, Phooey and Splooey” which can’t be a good thing. However, some images of the Superga 2560 have hit the web and they should receive a bit of a warmer reception.

In a collaboration with Rei Kawakubo’s Comme des Garçons, Superga has revitalized the classic silhouette with some simple touch-ups here and there. The model will release in both a high and low top model that uses canvas for the upper. Sitting on a vulcanized sole, you already have the makings of a classic shoe. For the colorway, the two brands opt to keep it simple by keeping the base  black while using white to cover the contrast. A small branding effort is made through a tag on the ankle and a patch on the heel.  The collaborative 2560 is exclusive to Dover Street Market.
