Cycling sneakers are of a very specialized breed. They have to be light, flexible, and comfortable, while still maintaining some stability to the rider. For the cycling enthusiast, some images of the adidas collaboration with Brooklyn Body Works has just hit the web.
Based of the legendary Belgian cyclist Eddy Merckx’ signature shoe, adidas and Brooklyn Body works didn’t really have much to do. From the images we can see that they updated the design a little bit as well as added up-to-date materials for a lighter and more responsive shoe. Color wise, the shoe is dominated mostly in red with silver sitting in the passenger seat. Finally, a light blue is used as an accent color and over the 3-Stripe. Add in some white laces and a silver sole and you have a nice looking cycling shoe.
