Nike SB Dunk High Black/Purple/White

It is always a good sign when a new Nike SB Dunk pops up around these parts. Reported to hit retail in May, hopefully the new release will help quell some of the dialog aimed toward the Nike SB brand.

The high top sneakers sits well in the fairly dark flavored black/purple/white colorway. The nubuck that covers outside toe box, midfoot, heel foxing, lace stays and Nike Swoosh keeps the black at bay and doesn’t allow it to over take the shoe. The purple, seen on the interior toe box, tongue, side panels and around the ankle is of a darker gradient and fades into the black very well. Left to brighten things up a bit are the white laces and the white midsole. Finally, a black oustsole rounds out the Dunk and leaves us feeling good about what Nike SB has in the works for this summer.
