It wouldn’t sit right with the baseball gods if we just mentioned the Red Sox x Vans Vault collaboration, and didn’t mention the collaboration with the Chicago White Sox. Instead of the Authentic LX, Chi-Town opts for the Chukka.
The Vans Vault Chukka really give the White Sox team color, grey and black, a canvas on which they can shine. The upper is constructed of suede and is covered by mostly grey. Along with the lining, the piping, the heel stripe, and laces bring the black into play on the sneaker. The white vulcanized sole provides a nice looking base to the Chukka an brings out the silver eyelets. Finally, the shoe would not be complete without the White Sox logo appearing on the lateral heel. Only 12 pairs will be available exclusively at Chicago retailer St. Alfred on April 5th at 11AM. They will be sold with a complimentary limited edition Majestic Authentic Jersey.
