Video Review: Air Jordan 1 AJKO Retro White/Varsity Red/Black

Look what we have here. Our Boy E from Top Shelf Sneakers managed to get his hands of a pair of the Air Jordan 1 AJKO Retro in the white/varsity red/black colorway a little early. Ever since we first saw these back in October, people have been worried about the faux yellowing on the sole. E gives us his opinion on the yellowing as well as the the treatment Nike decided to give to the outsole as well. Did Nike give the AJ1 the retro treatment we all hoped for? I WAS GEEKED ABOUT THE AJKOs COMING OUT AND THEN I SEEN THE YELLOWING EFFECT THAT THEY PUT ON THEM.I HATE THAT YELLOWING BULL!!I SHOULDNT HAVE BEEN SURPRISED CAUSE JORDAN BRAND HAS BEEN HIT OR MISS THE LAST FEW YEARS ANYWAY.

Just received (2) pair I ordered in mail. I got (2) size 13.5, I used baby wipes and that yellow shit wiped right off the midsoles, I kept the yellow on the other pair cause they are not coming out of the box so keep them og, but the pair I am wearing, with the yellow shit off, look HARD. Wore them today and had like 10 people jock them asking me questions and shit

YEP! The fake aging/yellow treatment on the midsole comes right off with soap and water. I cleaned mine, swapped in some black laces, and was good to go.
