Although I was never really a fan of the boat shoe, they are making a strong come back this year. The latest take on the boat shoe comes courtesy of Converse and the Jack Purcell Boat for Spring 2010.
Based off of the Jack Purcell sneaker, the boat shoe retains the many of the design cues that made the original a classic. Converse also managed to keep it true to the boat shoe with a simple canvas upper and white outsole. The shoe is available now at your local retailer in a navy, white, or multi-colored colorway.
