Common Projects Achilles Raw

Black is making its mark this season. We have seen it covering several new models for Spring/Summer 2010, and the next in line is the Achilles Raw by Common Projects. Although at first glance they look very military, and little more time gives a better overall look at the design.

Sporting the finest in Italian raw leather, the sneaker comes in both a high and low top version. Both sport an all black upper that looks smooth and comfortable. Of course they wouldn’t be complete with out the vulcanized sole the sits right below the gold number stamp on the lateral mid-panel near the heel. Add in a pair of rough suede laces and you have yourself a nice sneaker that can be stylized, or just worn casually. They are now available in-store or online at Caliroots.
