Nike iD Hyperdunk UConn PE

Times flys when you are having fun. It is hard to believe that it was a year ago today that the legendary 6 overtime game between UConn and Syracuse took place. Thought they didn’t make it past the first round, the UConn team definitely rocked some nice looking Nike iD Hyperdunks.

Using the UConn blue as the base color, Nike has placed patent leather in all the usual places. Like the other college PEs we have seen, the Nike branding is reserved for the heel and the schools logo is placed on the tongue and the school’s founding year, 1881, is on the reverse. In addition, the UConn PE has uses a gradient from white to blue over the Flywire on the midpanels. As a final touch, the patent leather is overlayed with the same print found on the jerseys.
