The New Balance 1700 only makes appearances occasionally and every time it decides to peek its head out it definitely is welcomed with a warm reception. So when Urban Research iD decided to collaborate with the brand guess what shoe they chose to redesign?
The Japanese company decided to take the 1700 on a black and turquoise ride to create this special sneaker. The all black suede upper is dotted with the blue hue on its toe cap and logos along with a few midsole hits. White plays the accompanying color to finish things up. They are scheduled for a May 2010 release but Urban Research is currently accepting pre-orders.
