If there was ever a Top 10 Weirdest Looking Shoes Ever list, this would have to make the cut. Shown here in detail is a pair of Adidas Trefoil Hi, which are unquestionably different. The trefoil name refers to the use of the trefoil claw that is attached to the shoe’s ankle collar. The shoe features a grey upper constructed from leather, along with yellow accents such as the outsole and shoe laces, as well a classic white midsole. These will definitely be the life of the party wherever they may go.
