With the release of the Copper Foamposites around the corner, it’s only right to put it head to head against its predecessors. In this week’s Clash of the Kicks, we have three contenders:
- Copper Foamposite One
- Eggplant Foamposite One
- Royal Blue Foamposite One
Originally released in 1997, the Nike Air Foamposite Foamposite One (Royal Blue) was the signature shoe of Anfernee ‘Penny’ Hardaway. The first shoe to feature Nike’s innovative Foamposite technology of synthetic leathers surrounding the upper and a clear gum sole for extra grip. Since its initial introduction, the Foamposite instantly became a classic model among many sneakerheads around the world. The Nike Air Foamposites have been released in a flurry of color-ways so far:
- Nike Foamposite One – Black / Dark Army
- Nike Air Foamposite Pro – Metallic Silver
- Nike Air Foamposite Pro – Dr. Doom black / white
- Nike Air Foamposite Pro black / medium grey
- Nike Air Foamposite One black / black – anthracite
- Nike Air Foamposite One – Penny (royal blue)
- Nike Air Foamposite One black / black – varsity red
- Nike Foamposite One – Black / Bright Cactus
So who are you going to vote for? Will you stay true to the OG / Original version or go with the Eggplant or Copper colorway? Vote now…
