Warrior Footwear Spring/Summer 2010

Established in 1935, the Warrior Footwear brand originated as a sporting shoe for Chinese athletes. “Hui Li”, as it is known in China, eventually grew and because a household name in the 60′s, 70′s, and early 80′s. Although they no longer share the brand recognition they once did, they have become a cultural icon.

For the Spring/Summer 2010 collection, Warrior Footwear opted for unisex designs that are all lightweight canvas with flexible runner soles. The collections is based around 7 colorways and a total of 8 silhouettes.; 4 previous designs and 4 new for this year. Although there is not is specific release date, you can look for these this Spring/Summer at Alife Rivington Club (New York), Bodega (Boston), American Rag (LA) and UBIQ (Philadelphia) among others.

    I liked the main pic when I saw them but after I saw all the different designs. It looks like they knocked off the PF Flyers, Nike blazers, vans, asics.. Weak!
