Although I think I would have preferred if this would have been called the “Glock Collection,” I am glad that Globe and G-Shock collaborated. This three-piece collection features a G-Shock watch, a black cap, and a high-top sneaker.
The watch is the classic DW5600GLB-7 G-Shock in white with a contrasting black face. The cap is a plain black cap with a black stitched G-Shock logo and a gold “G-Shock Globe Collection” tag on the bill. The final piece of the collection, and by far the most important, is a white high-top sneaker. The primarily white leather sneaker is accented with black and gold pieces. The black is highlighted throughout the heel, on the laces, and in the two strips on the midpanel; the black stripes definitely hinting at the adidas Top 10. The gold is highlighted on the lace tag and on the piping on the heel. Finally, the shoes are branded with an embossed Globe and G-Shock logos on the white tongue.
