We saw Nike use horse hair previously on the with the Maharam x Nike Sportswear combination, and now we see them using it again, but in a much more urban styling.
The Nike Air Macropus Lite QS Matagi Hunter, loosely based on the Quickstrike, was inspired by the Matagi. With a natural toned upper covered in horse hair, the shoe tries to get you as close as possible to the experience of riding a hose while hunting. The inside lining looks to be as comfortable as anything you can find with an obsidian colored plush fur. Even the insoles are beautifully decorated with a brown and tan contrasting design. Finally, the midsole is natural toned and lays on top of a darker brown outsole to tie the piece together. Available now in select sizes @ KixFiles
