The use of textiles serve up some of the best color ways. This is evident in collaborations like the Maharam Nike collection but when you have a shoe that is already composed of a mainly cloth upper its not that much of a stretch lace the upper with a unique design.
The Converse All Star is the perfect candidate for this treatment and calling in Missoni to adorn their uppers with some signature zig zag patterning is a clash of the titans that we don’t mind seeing at all. The union also finds the sole done in all white which in itself creates a very different look for the common shoe.
