Pony UL38 “Wilson Chandler” Home & Away: Profile

It is no secret that the New York Knicks are having a rough start to the season, but that doesn’t stop members of the team from rocking fresh kicks. Wislon Chandler has been spotted rocking some test wear samples of Pony’s UL38s.

The shoe come in both home and away versions bathed in the signature Knick blue, black and orange. The away shoe is based in black with blue providing the major accent color with light hints of the orange. The home shoe is the opposite, with white being the base color and orange as the major accent color with light hints of blue. Both shoes carry Pony’s logo and Chandler’s “WC” logo on the ankle and sport a strap across the mid section of the shoe for additional flair and comfort. Finally, the logo of the New York Knicks is plastered on the insole. now if we could just get the Kicks to .500 [via NK]

    It is hard to tell from the pics but the insole doesn’t look like the New York Knicks symbol – it looks like the New York METS symbol! Why would they put a baseball symbol on basketball shoes???

    Even with the signature, Pony’s aint worth shit. I cant believe they are still around. I remember I got a pair of these when I was in the second grade. My mom bought them at Pic’ N’ Save In Jacksonville, Fl. Pshhhh Pony’s. Im clownin’.
