adidas has some of the best collection concepts out. Their Five-Two 3 campaign itself has churned out several courses of heat over the past few months. The Japan collection in particular took one of our favorite silhouettes and did some very interesting things with it not one, but 3 times.
The first collaborator was Kalavinka drops of a modest color up consisting of white leather/suede with blue stripes and branding while Yoppi chose a similar palette but flipped it totally different. Various shades of blue corduroy interact with a dark grey lace plate and stripes done in leather. The last pair is done by Cheez and it makes its presence felt in a brown nubuck with a striped heel tab. No word on release date yet but chances are these will be limited at best if they touch American soil. Via VA
