Emeka Okafor’s PE edition Hypermax look great. And while there is a fat chance of you getting your hands on a pair it cant hurt to take a look at them in both the home and away color ways.

The Charlotte hornet has used grain leather for the upper with a patent heel on each model. The main difference in the two is either white (Away) or black (Home) leather with most of the purple and turquoise accenting being the same. These are both pretty fresh and very highly detailed with the words ‘The picky fifty” embroidered on the heel. Via Nicekicks

    I won’t say they’re the only ones with good modern design, but I will admit that only Nike can make a modern B-ball shoe people will WANT for fashion.

    Even though most people are still in a retro world–strictly Blazers, Dunks, pre-2K Jordans (and only sometimes ones these days)–but still….
