The New York Marathon typically takes place in cooler weather and for us couch potatoes its hard to fathom those conditions let alone running. Well chances are aside from a shower or two the Honolulu Marathon doesn’t have those constraints. In honor of the warm weather trek Asics hooked up two pairs of GT-II’s for what is dubbed the Honolulu Marathon Pack. With color ways that employ darker and lighter blues to evoke the tropical floral feel the icing on the cake is the gummed outsole and while its only portions of the outsole it still does the job.
