Till next week, an editor will skim through your comments and add all the sneakers suggested by you guys to this list. For starters, here are some that were nominated by readers on our Twitter (Follow us now!).

Adidas Kobe 2
The Adidas Kobe 2 was the second model of the Adidas Kobe line. Its design took inspiration from the Audi TT and was a miserable disaster to put it kindly and was the last Adidas shoe that Kobe ever wore.
Dada Spinners
After instantly becoming the laughing stock for its unusual spinning wheel feature, the Dada Spinner never really attracted a huge following since its original release. Known to ever sneakerhead as a complete disaster, the Dada Spinner is actually making a comeback in 2010. No, we kid you not!
Starbury One
Yes, the motive behind the shoe was to create a sneaker which is affordable to everyone. But, we are talking about ugly sneakers and price is not the factor! The Starbury One which is boasted to be “exactly the same as the most expensive kicks on the market,” retails for $14.98.
Air Jordan 15
Often referred to as the ugliest Jordan from the Air Jordan numbered series, the Air Jordan 15 seems to always create some groans among every Jordanhead. What were they thinking? The inspiration for these actually came from the X-15 fighter plane but execution was definitely a failure from the Jordan camp. Most hated Air Jordan anyone?
Air Jordan 2010
The Air Jordan 2010 were officially unveiled by Jordan Brand last month. The big news includes the fact that the model celebrates 25 years of the Air Jordan line, and will be debuted by Miami Heat’s D Wade. As soon as they were revealed, many Air Jordan collectors were extremely displeased about their asthetic design which is accentuated by the huge circular windows on the side panels.
Shaq Sneakers
For some reason, with all his fame and fortune, Shaq has yet to be blessed with a decent looking shoe besides maybe the legendary Reebok Shaqnosis. From Payless to Reebok to Li Ning, Shaquille O’neal has had his share of ugly sneakers. We couldn’t decide which one to put here so we just selected this random pair of Preacher Reebok Ice.
Yums Flytop (Soulja Boy)
Often critiqued for his catchy tunes and lyrics, Soulja Boy’s introduction to the fashion/sneaker scene came with the release of his Yum sneakers. Raising some concerned eyebrows, the Yums Flytop is definitely ridiculed within the sneaker community. Whether its the flashy patent leather or the array of bright colors, Yums sneakers definitely asks the question: “What were they thinking?”
Air Jordan 13 Fusion
Just look at them… Air Jordan Fusions have had their fair share of ridicule by sneakerheads around the world. When we really thought it couldn’t get any worse, it definitely got worse. Often called fakes and the ugliest fusions to date, the Air Jordan 13 Fusion is definitely a disappointment.

Yeah pretty much every Jordan after 14 is questionable (although I really like the 23s), people get all hung up on later jordans just because they’re jordans but ugly shoes are just ugly shoes guys. Gourmetsare awful, most pumas are ugly, the tk’s are disgusting and the yeezys and l’styles suck balls.

Ugliest Sneaker Ever Made: Gredy Genius (All of them.)
Air Max 97s are quite nasty. Reebok Amaze was a crummy AF1 knockoff design (matter of fact, all AF1 knockoffs are poopoo, because AF1 shouldn’t be a generic silhouette). A lot of awful looking generic discount casual Filas and K-Swiss you couldn’t pay me to wear (disgrace to the classics both have put out in their respective heydays). The Adidas Bromium series made for bad basketball shoe design.
And most all modern skate shoes are ugly, from Nike to Etnies to Globe. Only DC throws out a heatrock or two every now and again.
The KOBETWOs were horribly executed, it was like wearing steam irons on your feet, and they just about felt that way too (smh at buying a pair). Adidas will not drop Crazy 2s for a reason. The Jordan 15s were badly executed too, but at least the SE version cleaned up the chief problem and turned the ugly duckling into a beautiful swan…the 2010s (and 09s for that matter) aren’t ugly, just boring (especially for the price).

Everybody lay off of Pumas and Supras!! New Balance too, they’re an acquired taste, but look good when done right. Iverson designs were generally not well-received, but they weren’t bad designs, just victims of his non-championship career and the retro craze. And I fox with Helmsmans, nothing better to rock to parties. Jordan 21s were beautiful, just ridiculously expensive. And the 19 needed the SE in order to do away with that damn lace cover.
Co-sign whoever said Skechers! Shmacks are awful too. Pick any modern running shoe sold at sporting goods stores or in Eastbay and you know ugly, they’re all busy looking and don’t have a fashionable stitch to them. We could go on forever, but I’m drawing a blank again.
