These WWII inspired sneakers were created to celebrate the release of EA Games Battlefield 1943. Two 1 of 1 designs were presented to top tier executives at EA INC, which means that non will be available for purchase. The inspiration for the first pair of kicks came from the P-51 Mustang [WWII most recognized WWII warbird]. The second pair is inspired by actual game play of Battlefield 1943. With an Army Green upper, Grey cockpit/side paneling, and Red and Yellow accents, it’s obvious that these were made for this particular era. The second pair is engineered for combat in the trenches. Whether in the brush, foxholes, or sandy beaches of the pacific this AF1 is built like a tank. Army green body, Grey toe/heel cap, Camo swoosh, and of course, gumsole. The packaging is also a match, with a custom camo shoe box, canteen, camo bandana and a military duffle bag.
