In a sense Mike Vick has Charles Hamilton-ed himself. Yesterday Vick’s people released a statement saying that he had re-negotiated a deal with Nike.
“Michael Vick has has a great relationship with Nike and is excited to be part of the Nike team again.“ Stated Vick’s Agent.
Well Nike has cleared the air, letting the public know they are dealing with Vick from a distance.
“Nike does not have a contractual relationship with Michael Vick. We have agreed to supply product to Michael Vick as we do a number of athletes who are not under contract with Nike.”
