Nike’s iconic racer pays homage to its humble beginnings in a very subtle way. The release of this AM60 may just look like a pretty cool colorway but the maize repeating pattern in the midsole is actually a nod to Bill Bowerman’s waffle design that propelled Nike’s Waffle Racer into the sneaker history.
