For those of you that are left out of the loop as to the inspiration behind this pair of Kevin Durant signature shoes, we’re here to break it down for you. If you’ve been paying attention to Nike’s Hyperizers – Don’t Criticize campaign, you’d know by now that Durant plays the role of Velvet Hoops.
The shoes sport a bright red patent leather upper accompanied by a multi-colored inner lining, yellow midsole, green outsole, and black Nike swoosh. The use of such colors creates a unique, attention-grabbing shoe. As of now, the Nike KD2 – Velvet Hoops is not slated to release to the general public, but if any of that changes, you guys will be the first to know.
