Here is a bit of bad news to go along with the spot of bad weather that the east coast has been getting. While the Nike Hypermax NFW pack is dropping some people were anticipating the Nike Hypermax McFly. Well it looks as if threats of a pending lawsuit from Universal Pictures may have thwarted all American attempts at seeing a stateside release.
