Just typing Nike Air Force Dunk SB makes me cringe a little, but it is DJ Clark Kent so I will give him all his props. The sneakers are a one of one most likely so they get all of their due and this only further cements DJCK as the sneaker god we all know he is; however, I must say that to call is an SB still is absurd. With the Air Force 1 sole you would lose a lot of grip and board feel so the sneaker is no longer skate ready. Either way it is still a clean sneaker. What do you guys think of the Nike Air Force Dunk SB craze that DJCK maybe be leading?

I like dunks. I like AF1’s. I don’t like these at all but there’s potential for some good shoes so long as they understand it’s gonna be a fashion over functionality thing because trying to skate in AF1’s is ridiculous they don’t flex enough for skating.

The tiffanys suck and most dunk sb’s suck too. I don’t get this massive attraction to dunks in short production runs in ugly ass colors but that’s why everyones got their own style right? Now some of you should know how I feel when I make my arguments that go against the popular opinion.
The idea of slapping AF1 soles on a Dunk upper is kinda ill. But wow@ seeing the day when all things AF1 were so hated (used to be the shoe everyone wanted a piece of)….then that literally began happening and there’s all this backlash.
I like the Dunk’s style and feel on feet, but I never gave two turds about whether or not it was an SB. Does it look dope with my outfit? Why has the sneaker enthusiast community been housed up by what skaters think (when the average skater can’t dress anyway)?
And I learned something today about the sole needing to flex for skating. So explain all these thick soles on the dedicated skate brands?
