Spike Lee Nike Pack – Blazer Hi + Big Nike

Spike Lee is receiving alot of recognition from Nike with good reason, the two have been intertwined for years. Along with the other shoes he’s associated with he also has a 2 shoe pack coming in honor of the 20th Anniversary of Do the Right Thing. A Nike Big Nike and Blazer are set to release with the predominant colors being red, white and black. We see a little green peek in on the Blazer’s lining but the real point of interest is the tongue tag that is emblazoned with a pair of glasses. Look for these around October.Via TheShoeGame

    They Blazers are OVERPLAYED!!!!! Just like Nike to keep beatin on a dead horse! And the only reason why this pair of Big Nike look fly is because they got the Jordan I colorways! Otherwise, wouldn’t even give it a second look! Having said that, why bother droppin $ on some FAKIES? Should go out and cop a pair of Jordan I! Get the real deal Holyfield, without all the alimony and child support!

    I think that people should keep the shoe manufacturers more accountable! Stop buying their shoes just because of some “NEW” colorways that they pump out! They have not been comin out with good shoe designs for about a decade now! 1 or 2 pairs a year is not up to par according to my standards! Yet, we consumers keep contributin to their bottom line by hordin all these “RETROS”! That’s right, “hordin”, peeps aren’t just buyin these tired old designs… they’re collectin them and artificially amplifyin their value!

    We need to start demandin more for our $s then what we’ve been gettin! Sure a lot of the old school designs are sweet and are makin a come back, but that’s all that Nike and Adidas are doin! Their new stuff sucks and no one really buys them yet they keep makin money because suckers go and buy up 10 pairs of these Blazers in 10 different colorways! Makes no sense that we should keep givin them our money like that! We might as well be givin our money to the “homeless” at the freeway off ramps… at least they’ll put that sh!t to good use by gettin a buzz or a high as opposed to Nike and Adidas who just keep floodin the market with their old stuff and pocketin the money!

    Demand more of them! Don’t let them hold you hostage! You hold them hostage! Don’t give them any more of your $s until they give you some new and innovative sh!t! Otherwise another 30 years from now, they’ll still be pumpin out the AF1s, the Jordan retros, and the Blazers! I wanna see some kick ass Blake Griffins or Brandon Jennings! DEMAND THAT SH!T FROM THEM! Stop your patronage to their lack of designs and laziness! Be more selective about your $s! I don’t know about you guys, but I likes my $ and I ain’t gonna part with it that easily! If it’s not worth a second look, it’s not worth being on me! After all isn’t that why we buy them sneaks anyway? Is for others to see? That’s what people want right, for some fool that you pass by on the streets to be fixated down on your feet and ask you “where did you get those sweet kicks?”

    Anyway, that’s my opinion for what it’s worth… Late!

    i agree with sketch in some reasons nike and addidas should come up with new styles not the same old models i agree i only like this pack because of the nike that looks like the air jordan 1
