In collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University’s (OHSU) Doernbecher children’s hospital the Jordan Brand is releasing this Air Jordan VI. The sneakers feature a sewn navy suede upper with a red tongue, heel tab, and accents along the sole. Patients in the hospital contributed to the sneaker’s design. More from the Doernbecher collection is to come in the future with other Nike and Jordan models. No info on a wide release is available yet but you can pick them up at Marqueesole.

Hello everybody, this shoe is designed by a kid named Jordan, Go figure, in the Doernbecher hospital. The design is an acquired taste and not everybody is going to “feel” them. However, the kid has been given a chance to design a shoe. Now many of you people could design a shoe good enough for either Nike/Jordan to sell? Quit hating if you dont like, it dont buy it. If you do then you’re investing to the charity.
