Celebrity Kicks: The Cool Kids Like Jordans, Who Would've Thought?

Chicago’s own, The Cool Kids, make no bones about their sneaker obsessions. All you have to do is listen to their music and you can tell that they like basketball and Air Jordans. Each was seen wearing fresh new pairs of Jordan’s during their performance at the 2009 All Points West Music & Arts Festival in New Jersey.. For Mikey Rocks it was the Air Jordan I Retro High in Blue Sapphire while Chuck Inglish was seen wearing a pair of the new Air Jordan Fusion IV’s in White and Cement. I still think that no real Jordan fan would wear Fusions, but that’s just me (no shots).

the sneakers you hate on now, might be worth something 10-15 years down the line. Bred Jordan 1 retros were in bargain bins for 20 bucks in the 90′s….now look at them. Personally dont like many of the fusions, but the 4′s turned out nice.

the cool kids didnt fuck up they still fresher than most of yall but im not to big of a fusion fan my self but some is cold and if jordan made em he did it for a reason ya dig.

not a fan of either shoe the cool kids were wearing…personally, i dont think it makes you any less of a “sneaker head” or “jordan head” if you like fusions. with that said, i’ve never seen a pair of fusions worth my money. all of them have been ugly and this includes spiz’kes and 6 rings

Ok I’ve never owned a pair of fusions, but I did think that the V fusions were decent. I don’t really consider myself a “Jordan Head”, even though I do own like 20 pairs…lol… C.A.K.E I feel u on everything except the Spiz’ikes. I think that Spiz’ikes are the best Jordan Hybrid shoe ever made, and probably the best ones we’ll ever see…
Keeping it real
Shoes are evolving and retro’s are outdated as much as the careers of the players who originally wore them….however there is something to be said about the nostalgia of retro’s because they bring you back to the era of when they first came out or when the player first wore them. Fusions represent a generation of kids who see new technology, unseen colors and experimental ideas that will make as much money as the hot ideas(Retros) from the past. To me it’s simple you either like a shoe or you don’t the bottom line is when your really feeling some kicks your going to buy them. Peace
Oh and on a side note…favortie pair of J’s are the Stealth 5′s

i cant believe how many fusion fans there are. i cant believe what i am reading.
fusions are the worst shoes i have ever seen. every single fusion is simply flat out ugly as hell. if u have them u should slap urself. if u think they look half way decent u should slap urself. and if u ever consider wearing them u should slap urself. if u have a pair or even thought about picking them up in ur own hands u have NO style and NO swag.
