We previewed a pair of Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi - Quilted Patent Leather last week, and now have pictures of three low top editions which sport a quilted design. Constructed from a quilted canvas upper, they come in the three colors seen here, orange, black, and red. Finishing off the the shoes are the matching leather toe caps.
