When I first saw these I let out a sigh, I am still trying to figure out if it was of disappointment or relief. Yes the next new release from the Jordan Brand will be a fusion – which is why I could be disappointed, but it is also very clean and extremely efficient for basketball. It’s gotten to the point for me where I don’t even care about the retros anymore. Ideally they’d go to an ultra limited release schedule in order to make the brand more desirable again. At this rate it won’t be long before they get relegated to being sold at discount chains next to Starter Jackets.
