A Massachusetts sportswear company called Sports Fuzion Inc. has sued Nike Inc and the U.S. basketball hall of fame, claiming breach of contract and fraud related to the manufacture and sale of sportswear linked to Michael Jordan’s upcoming induction into the hall.
SportsFuzion Inc filed the lawsuit in Massachusetts state court late on Monday and is seeking more than $10 million in general and punitive damages from Nike and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield,Massachusetts. We will keep you updated as events unfold.
