As Jordan Brand has ended the run of the numbered Air Jordan series, they continue to invent new hybrids and models that use those popular Air Jordan as inspirations. Inspired by the classic Air Jordan 1 (I) silhouette, the Air Jordan 1 Flight Mid features a high top design, and is seen here in a predominantly white upper constructed from leather. They sport red patent leather on the areas surrounding the toebox and ankle, along with black accents. Other features include a black Jumpman logo on the side panels, white midsole, and red outsole. Look for them to hit Footaction locations in July and retail for $100.

I prefer the more forward-thinking original designs of the past few years (B2rue, B Loyal, Rising Stars, Carmelos and Chris Pauls)…more of that, less MacGyverism from the AJ parts bin.
