The Nike Trainer I, the shoe that Bo Jackson made famous in the 80s, is getting a new look for the new generation. Recently Nike held a star studded event where Olympic Gold decathlete Bryan Clay, All-Pro football players Adrian Peterson, Larry Fitzgerald and Troy Polamalu, and NBA All-Stars Brandon Roy and Amarie Stoudemire presented the introduction of the Nike Trainer 1.
Taken from its past with designs for premiere athletes such as Bo Jackson and John McEnroe, Nike reinvigorate the original Nike Air Trainer, launched some 20 years ago, with the new Nike Trainer 1. However, putting in mind the new materials that are available to day to provide the best lightweight gear for comfort and support. Where as Bo Jackson and John McEnroe made the original Nike Air Trainer famous in 2 decades ago , the new Nike Trainer 1 “…will help athletes prepare and perform better in their sport…” stated Kris Aman, Vice President and General Manager of Nike Athletic Training.
The shoes are scheduled to drop July 1st and will retail for $90 USD

They’re nice
Very nice, love flywire, love Nike, love the “futuristic” silver.. The mainly black ones are okay too..
The zoom trainer 1 mid in 2004 basically is what this shoe is in 2009. Don’t fall into the hype.
