Vans Era’s entrance for the Spring ‘09 season produces a standout but conservative collection. The pack includes a group of colorways which two consist of croc skin material and the other a simple suede . The grey with hints of purple and burgundy colorway feature a croc style material around the center portion of the shoe. The other black/white colorway with a touch of red offers a more smoother approach. All three embody a rubber sole for traction and light weight movement. I like these, and you guys are right these are nice and conservative. The croc material is a nice touch,and the colorways on all three of these are nice. The white/black ones are nice too, no croc material, but a very nice pair. Lightweight is always a nice touch and so is traction, a slick pair of shoes.
These are ill. The burgendy joints are dope. The purple ones are ill but they jocked the CW of that lil’ supra pack. The suede with the aligator texture on the side is a good combination. GOOD JOB VANS!

wats funny is dat i really like the shoe but i wud never wear them because of my loyalty to nike….but if nike wer to make a shoe identical or at least similar to them i’d definnitly stunt’em cuz day raw
Thes are pretty fresh. I like all 3 colors. The Croc material with the suede will definetly turn heads. The stripe going along the midsole is also a nice touch. I usually don’t wear vans but im defintely considering getting at least one pair of these.
the look too heavy for vans,vans should be look like nice and easy kicsk to wear these dont.
This is a rare miss from Vans. The colors are very nice, and the white/black shoe isn’t bad, the croc panel on the other two looks out of place to my eye.

I dont really like any of these too much, the colorways that is. The shoe itself is pretty nice and i do like the croc skin on the pairs that have it. Sounds like they have really good performance as well, which i’m sure is a nice feature.

i agree with aaron. whoever designed these had to have been watching Supra. there is no denying that the grey/purple and the burgundy are too similar to the new NS Supras. The black and whites aren’t as obvious though because the the bronze is on the lining of these instead of red. all of the same colors are there just mixed around. this pack is too similar to Supra’s to be a coincidence. i’m not complaining though because i love supras, vans and suede. nice work on these.
