The Nike Zoom Kobe 4 (IV) is one of the more popular basketball shoes on the market, and has been seen in plenty of colorways including special pairs for him to wear on the court. The latest is this pair created for Martin Luther King Day, which Kobe wore on the hardwood.
They sport a predominantly white colorway along with gold and purple accents, including a gradient design on the toe. They are rumored to be releasing to select retailers next month, but we’ll keep you guys updated on that. Via Kenlu.

Um these are not really that good looking the only thing i like about these is the sole. The shoe itself isnt a very good shoe. I like seeing a basketbal shoe that look good to which is not he cae with these. But why are these just being shown if they were for MLK day whic was 2 months ago?
The fade on the toe always looks good on the IVs. I dont think they should have made the toe box purple also, its a little too much. This is pretty random of an article though, but oh well, they nice.

This is a great PE. I like the colorway and the fade is well done, shame it won’t ever reach store shelves.
These are another pretty nice colorway for the Kobe’s but they r just kinda weird looking
I like the shoe, but the colorway and where they put the colors is not doing it for me. I don’t like how the purple around the toe area fades away, and the gold around the heel is ugly. MLK Day is wonderful, but the colorway on these shoes are not.
This colorway of the MANY laker color variations has got to be the cleanest. The amount of white, at least on the outside, makes the shoe seem cleaner. Of all the laker colorways I would pick these to play in on MLK Day.

From the outside looking in its great, but the inside the toe box has way too much purple. Still a great shoe though

The purple to white color fade is nice, but not the best colorway ive seen for this shoe
fresh colorway but the purple makes it off a littel mayby black or so would be hotter.
Im not a fan of the IVs but the toebox and the snake skin on the shoe are definitely appealing. If these came out in a high or mid top i would consider. They’re probally good to hoop in though.

The bottom sole to me is the best thing about the shoe.
