News about the re-release of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 – Fresh Water first surfaced back in September, and since then, they’ve been on everyone’s wish list. Noted for their fresh water accents just like the Nike Air Max 95, they have been highly anticipated as fans can’t wait to get their hands on pair.
They originally debuted back in 1996 as The Kid was making a name for himself on the Seattle Mariners. With Ken Griffey Jr. returning to Seattle this season to most likely finish up his career, the timing of their re-release seems to be perfect.
