Hella Jongerius for Maharam x Nike Air Force 1

We first featured this pair of Nike Air Force Ones last month and now have some detailed pictures as well as more information about their release. They are a collaboration with textile manufacturer Maharam and are very limited.

The shoes use a cloth material on the upper which creates a nique look on this classic silhouette. The red contrast stitching features a trail like pattern in different places. The upper features a combination of brown and green with a felt look to it. They are slated to hit retailers later on this week and will officially launch on May 1, 2009 at an invitation-only event at Moss. Via Weekly Drop and Ltd. Hype.

@mrfresh I think you are right they only know how to rock basic colors but guys like me and you can rock these and be fresh with them they can’t. See the difference between us and them we versatile and whatever is hot is hot I bet if j’s came out in these colors it will be different comments oh these hot I am coppin these ut anyway they go hard. Remember j’s are hot but there are other sneakers out there get ya game right. The 2009 j’s are ugly the ugliest shoe in the line up how bout that.

The air force 1′s have set the bar high for othas to follow. They bought a new style to the game and i’m really feelin it. I really like the red stitching trail.
