Kobe Bryant’s newest signature shoe, the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 (IV) has been seen in a plethora of colorways already, with the latest being the Black Mamba editions which are shown here. They were actually designed and chosen by fans for Kobe to rock, which he did on March 21, 2009 against the Chicago Bulls.
In particular, they were designed by students attending Claremont Academy Elementary School and Parkside Elementary Community Academy. They were designed on Nike iD, and sport a black upper along with a purple swoosh / laces, as well as a yellow toecap, inner lining, and heel. Via SunTimes.

These are pretty dope. I like the word VENOM on the side. Kobe’s a deadly player for sure. I think all the colors work really good with the shoe. I want to see Kobe rock them first though, i missed the game that it says he wore em in.

These are the best colorway I have seen for the shoe. I like the venom on the heel panel for the “Black Mamba”. I would get these of all the laker colorways of the shoe. The kids at Claremount and Parkside did a nice job.
I dont like these kobe zooms at all. Nike zooms stay with the over done colorway. I would not wear these at all.
I like the Kobe 4’s but this color way is not my syle no offense to nike, but I’m still waiting better colorway of this shoe.
Nice color combination, it would be better if it were in mid so my man kobe could rock dem in a game. Really digging the venom on the side knowing how kobe is one of the deadliest players out there.

I like this shoe but I feel as thought if Kobe is going to make a Basketball shoe they should be high top.I think like all of his shoes are low top.

These are gorgeous. Absolutely perfect shoe.. Really love Kobe for showing people you can play basketball in low tops and not have your ankles break.
How many black/purple/yellows of these have been released? I’m not feeling this shoe, but putting “Venom” on the side is pretty dope.
Im a Boston fan born and bred, so I hate the colorways but kobe always has really sick shoes. All of his bball shoes are money. The sides of these look like they are made from the same lighweight wire material as the Nike Hyperdunks — which are by far the best shoes ive ever worn on the courts.
