Air Jordan 5 (V) – Shawn Marion PE – Phoenix Suns

Although Shawn Marion is no longer part of the Phoenix Suns, he did have a good run playing alongside Steve Nash. Being a Jordan Brand athlete, the Matrix was fortunate to receive several Player exclusives, including several colorways in the Air Jordan 5 (V) model, which are seen here.

One sports a black suede upper along with purple and orange accents. The home version features a white leather construction along with purple and orange accents. Both feature the #31 on the heel area, signifying the fact that they were made for Shawn Marion. These are straight fire. Jordan Brand really needs to consider releasing these, even though i know it will never happen. I guess i’ll just dream about them.

That would be so sick to be able to design your own pair of Fives. Thats like any sneakerhead’s dream right there. I don’t really like how they look in sun’s colorways though. The purple is dope though, lucky Mr. Shawn Marion. I envy you.

Maybe Nike will release something like one of these colorways as they rerelease classic Air Jordans, which is a move I really appreciate.
