Nike has decided to release this new Nike SB Stefan Janoski on May 8th, as they will retail for $80. In case you didn’t know, Janoski has been skateboarding for over 10 years, and finall turned pro back in 2003.
The shoe sports a simple silhouette and can easily be mistaken for a boating shoe. They feature a similar construction, combined with some extra padding, and a vulcanized sole. The dark blue upper is nicely accented with white contrast stitching, midsole, and Nike swoosh. Via NikeSB.org.

Wow, they look lyke vans but with the swoosh on them. Yeah, these are very interesting but for the price I would get em just to walk arround the house in.
Some nice khaki shots and a RL polo rugy would set these off real nice. These I could def deal with.
These shoes are so classy, it’s like the history of vans and nike meeting high class apparel. gotta love it.
These do remind me of vans. But if you throw a swoosh on a pair of vans, it makes them look better in many ways. The swoosh actually looks like its painted onto these though. Its a nice design, but it pretty much belongs to vans, so nike, come up with something a little more original. Plus the brown needs to go in this colorway.

As soon as I saw this I thought, Boat shoes! I sure did mistake them. yeah I wouldn’t pay 80 dollars for them but it still attracts me to it.

These are kind of cool. The quality really looks nice on these, even for Nike, which probably explains the price point. I normally like Nike everything, but I think this pair of shoes would look much better without the swoosh.

They look like Vans because it’s a Janoski pro model, and he probably knows that Vans skate amazingly. He ain’t in it for the hype game, he wants a clean, simple shoe that skates good.

It’s perfect the way it is! The swoosh, the colorway, the form. If you change anything in it, it would just be another boat shoes or vans. I think this is a good direction for Nike. Something different, since all their shoes are designed the same. Looks comfortable to skate in too.
