The Air Jordan Fusion has really taken off, with the latest models to surface being the Air Jordan 6 (VI) and Air Jordan 9 (IX) Fusions. We first previewed the Air Jordan 4 (IV) Fusion a few weeks back, but thanks to Marquee Sole we have some detailed pictures of a nice colorway.
The overall silhouette resembles the Air Jordan 4 (IV) model while they also include a few details of the classic Air Force 1 model. Inspired by the Air Jordan 4 (IV) Retro - Mars Blackmon (White / Varsity Red - Black), they sport a predominantly white leather upper along with red and black accents. They also feature a grated mesh along the sides, along with a translucent midsole which allows the red design to come through. Look for them to release sometime in July, but for now enjoy the pictures.

I’ve always had this love hate thing with Air Force 1s. I’ve only owned one pair of icy whites and I gave those away.
This premium sole has changed it all for me though and I have passed on a lot of the fusions and air force 1s with the premium sole (mainly the Lebron, Kobe and Rasheed joints). I didn’t really like the 12 and 20 fusion and I am mad that I passed on the bred fusion 5 but that elephant print cement 3 is a banger and they look good on your feet. (will probably cop the white ones as well) I also copped the black 5/8 fusion 6 and I don’t care what anyone says, I am getting these fusion 4s. These are sick.

Like most, ive been fighting the whole AJ/AF1’s fusion thing, and i only own 1 pair of AF-1’s(transparent fantastic 4’s invisible woman’s) that i dont even wear but keep cuz i think they’re bad fu*kin’ shoes.
Anywho, my wife bought me a pair of the Jordan 4’s(MARS) back when they first dropped, and i gotta say these are tight!!! Same colorway as the J4’s, NICE! Doesnt mean i’d buy em’ though. They tight but cant see myself paying for em’ But hey!, if my wife wants to buy em’ for me, thats another story.

Thank you Mr. Khicks, that’s what I’m saying. Alot of these new kids in the shoe game are rejecting fusions basically for the fact that the OG shoecolletors don’t like em. Wake up!!!!!! Just because you do something that they’re doing dosen’t make you any better of a collector. I do have to say that some fusions are the worst things I’ve seen (20’s to be exact) but even that shouldn’t turn you off to fusions completely. Now I don’t care what anyone says newcomers or OG’s to this shoe game, these shoes are hands down the cleanest fusions ever. And if not, it’s in a neck race with the AJ6’s. And if you couldn’t cop the Mars 4’s this is the perfect substatute.

Not a big fan of the AF1/Jordan fusions, But these dont look that bad. I think that the lower number Jordans look better cause their soles didnt have as much design details as the higher number ones.

Some of the AFJs are ok, mostly the lower number Jordans like Hustleman said. I’ll probably pick these up as an every dayer to kick around in. I know a lot of people hate but to each their own. I have the majority of the number Jordans and I’ve been collecting them since the first release in 85 when I was a kid. The AJF fill a void of not having a wearable OG or retro.
