It’s only been a month since the highly anticipated Eggplant Foamposite caused massive lines at retailers nationwide. An now we have something new from the Nike camp. The Nike 1/2 Cent Hybrid has been causing a lot of hysteria and is probably one of the best looking hybrid that we have seen from Nike thus far. The instant classic combines features from previously released Air Penny’s and the beloved Air Foamposite model. The 1/2 Cent name takes its inspiration from Lil Penny’s jersey number. Paying a little tribute to the little man, the shoe features his silhouette on the heel and a 3D hologram on the sole.
Once again, the Nike Air 1/2 Half Cent Penny - Varsity Royal Blue is a limited release and are expected to sell out instantly. They were recently released unannounced at House of Hoops and caused huge lines and sold out with hours. A few pairs have been spotted on eBay for as much as $350! Mark your calendars for March 7th and make sure you get there ahead of time.

I just copped my pair from walters in ATL this morning. Crazyness!!! I was the first in line and they did not have a size 11 but that worked out better for me because the shoes run so big that a 10.5 is a little to big for me. So I thank the folks at walters for shitting me on my 11 cause whoever get that gonna be pissed!! If you get yours try a 1/2 size smaller but the kicks are very hot!

these sneakers are worth buying. they sold out within minutes here in sacramento. ghetto clue had them for retail $190. only have one of each size. penny 1/2 cents are icy hot. they fit true to size. bay area havent release yet. heard 3rd week of march. huf nor darkside have them yet.
$300 on ebay and also craiglist. worth coppin online than standing out in the rain and wasting gas driving around.
