Although the Nike Air 1/2 Cent Penny – Varsity Royal hasn’t even released to accounts besides House of Hoops, we already have news of yet another colorway slated to drop. This particulat pair sports a completely black design along with silver accents on the shoe laces and Nike swoosh. The instant classic combines features from previously released Air Penny’s and the beloved Air Foamposite model. The 1/2 Cent name takes its inspiration from Lil Penny’s jersey number. Paying a little tribute to the little man, the shoe features his silhouette on the heel and a 3D hologram on the sole. Like the varsity blue colorway, this particular pair will also be a limited release so expect them to sell out quickly. No exact release date as of yet, but they are rumored to hit select Nike accounts in August.
