NBA star Dwight Howard is not the only fan of Superman in the basketball world, it also appears that Lebron James is a big fan of the legendary hero. A large number of Lebron’s signature shoes released by Nike have been donned in colors inspired by Superman’s costume.
The Cleveland Cavaliers wore one of their alternate Hardwood classic uniforms with shoes to match, hence the name Nike Zoom Lebron VI - Hardwood Classic Alternate “Superman” PE. Upon closer inspection the shoe not only reveals a hot red/white/blue/yellow colorway but also premium 3M lining material used on the shoe’s upper.
Rumor has it, these shoes are set to release at House of Hoops in the near future. Look out for more exclusive coverage. Via Hattrick // ISS.
