Sneaker brands love to draw on old classics in pop culture for the inspiration behind their new releases. Apart from the nostalgic release of the Air Jordan 1 (1) – A Tribe Called Quest Jordan brand will be releasing this Air Jordan I High – Do the Right Thing Pack for July 2009.
As the name states, this model is referring to the 1989 classic film created by none other than Spike Lee. The Do the Right Thing Pack looks as if it were plucked directly from the streetwear of that era and represents the signature style of the film.
Two all white classic hightop Jordan silhouettes will feature a single contrast color of either red or green along with a metallic Swoosh and ankle tab. Patterned linings were also used to resemble the textured letters used on the similarly themed t-shirt which is also part of the pack. The Air Jordan I High – Do the Right Thing Pack releases this July 2009 and each pair will cost you about $105. Via NT.
