The  Reebok ERS 5000 - Inspired by Andy Warhol’s “Gold Marilyn” as the name suggests, was inspired by iconic sex kitten star Marilyn Monroe.

The shoes’ direct inspiration stems from 1962 portrait of Marilyn created by pop artist Andy Warhol. The shoe is composed of faux golden crocodile skin leather and nylon. The colorway matches the painting as it features hues of teal, gold and pink to match the original piece. The  Reebok ERS 5000 - Inspired by Andy Warhol’s “Gold Marilyn” has been limited to 200 pairs worldwide so be sure to cop these exclusive kicks as fast as you can. Via SneakerFreaker.

    i like the idea of making a shoe inspired by a painting of Marilyn Monroe. If they weren’t so limited, they would just look tacky and no one would probly buy em. But with only 200 pairs world wide, they are def a nice collectible.

    I don’t like these to many colors.I love the gold and sky blue but the yellow need to go.
