Vans x Crooks and Castles Forty Four HighThe Vans x Crooks and Castles Forty Four High is now available at UNIV, a much earlier release date than first expected. The shoe was set to drop in the Spring 2009 but has now released early. The Vans x Crooks and Castles Forty Four High features a black leather / crocodile skin material upper. The crocodile print also contains pantent leather. The shoes make use of Gucci inspired accent colors such as green/red/green ankle straps, sole and heel. An all white colorway of the same style is soon expected to release soon.

    These are something else.. I’m not sure if that vibrant pink draws the right kind of attention. I ilke Crooks and Castles clothing line, but they should maybe collaborate with someone besides vans. I do like the use of different materials on these though. They just should have used other colors than green and pink.
